Having held Property Management, Body Corporate, Commercial Property Management, Residential Sales and various support staff positions in a handful of agencies In Rockhampton and Gladstone means Karmen is the most experienced Senior Property Manager in Biloela. Her dedication to providing an outstanding level of personalised service to all clients is due to her natural flair for communication and ability to follow through on all queries from clients.

While Karmen is a dedicated real estate professional the other passion in her life is her family. Supported by husband, David they have a wonderful family of four children and as a family they enjoy fishing, holidaying at the beach and cooking together.
